Courtney - Napier Store
Hey, I’m Courtney. I work in the Napier store and have worked for Hawke’s Bay Vapour for 5 years. I have a passion for helping our customers quit smoking, having been through it myself I understand how hard it can be, and some tricks to work through it. I work hard to make sure I can provide every customer with the best customer service and vaping experience possible, even when we’re busy and I’m in the store on my own. I can tell a customer exactly what they need with very little information, and can provide them with expert advice to ensure that they get exactly what they need to help them on their journey to being smokefree.

Hi, I’m Isaiah. I have been working at Hawke’s Bay Vapour for 3 years now and absolutely love it. I enjoy helping customers quit smoking and switch to a healthier alternative. I love the dynamics and encourage the challenge of helping a people from all backgrounds and walks of life. It makes my day to be able to see them excited about making the change.
Tanya - Waipukurua Store
Hi, I’m Tanya, I work in the Waipukurau store, but occasionally you'll also find me in the Hastings and Napier store as well. I’ve worked for Hawke’s Bay Vapour 3 years now and love my job as well as my customers. My customers cheer me up on a bad day and keep me smiling and I’d like to think that I do the same for them. I’m proud of my store, if I’m not busy with customers you’ll find me cleaning the store.
